Anyone else notice that the Big Lots and CVS stores are vacated here?
I just heard that we are getting a new store - not sure when.
That’s because Whole Foods is moving in. CVS moved to the smaller store that used to be a sport shoe outlet.
Does anyone know when this is scheduled?

Thanks Maggie for the info and update. Whole Food will be a nice addition to the neighborhood and I'm looking forward to it. Wonder if it will get any easier to find parking after they build out and upgrade the area....guess that is to be determined and will depend on who's going to the laundromat at the end unit of the center! -

What disturbs me is the 88 room hotel I heard was coming to that empty corner of Abbott Kinney and Main. Sounds like I'll need another flaming Escalade, one to roll through Pink Berry and one if this hotel isn't just a rumor. Oh, they were only planing on putting in the minimum number of parking. -

Mon, January 14, 2008 - 3:42 PMnot sure why, but I feel the same about not excited on the Whole Paycheck and Trader Joe's. In the midwest, I think they have it a little worse. There is another boutique style grocery store, whole foods expensive but more Albertson's complete. Its called Lunds and I think they are making their way out here. -

Thu, February 21, 2008 - 7:58 PMI spoke with a staff member at the West LA WFM today who said the current estimate for completion is the end of this coming summer. They are now picking their team leaders and beginning hiring. Many of the West LA store staff are pondering moving to the Venice store.
It's a-comin....
