  I heard about one those mentioned in the article, I think the Pauli which was rejected on the basis of parking concerns. I knew a hotel was going to take the corner there and my concerns over parking were for that space. This article didn't mention what they had proposed for parking, but 47 rooms, 47 cars + guests and staff. Unless they have an underground garage planned, that will pretty well eat up every available spot in the area.

      Sorta my point. The hotel will come up with something for parking for guests, and some employees, but for the rest and for visitors they will probably have to find street parking in the neighborhood, which as you know is difficult enough. Vallet must have something close, maybe they cut a deal with the school. Whatever it is, they must have come up with something since it passed. I hope anyway.

        Meh, I don't really think we'll notice that much of a difference in the summer due to an extra 50 people in the neighborhood.
